Definition:

The "betcha can't eat just one" slogan applies here. Mallorcas are Puerto Rico's favorite breakfast food. It's a buttery bread grilled and sprinkled with powdered sugar, which can be eaten with any combination of ham, egg, and cheese. They are widely available in restaurants and bakeries, but the place that's perhaps most famous for them is La Bombonera in Old San Juan.
