From one feast we move to another. After a (hopefully) delicious and pound-adding Thanksgiving, you might be thinking more about dieting than dining, but hold those guilty pangs for a few more days, because there's another culinary event that is worth going to, if you can get tickets.
On Monday night, December 7, Chef Wilo Benet is hosting a "Top Chef Masters" Event at his flagship restaurant, Pikayo. Who will be in attendance? Check out the participants:
- Rick Bayless, the winner of this year's Bravo TV Top Chef Masters and owner/chef of Frontera Grill
- Cindy Pawlcyn, owner and chef of Go Fish, Mustard's Grill, and Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen
- Ludo Lefebvre, owner/chef of Ludo Bites
- And of course, Wilo Benet, owner/chef of Pikayo, Payá, and Varita
Avid watchers of Bravo TV's Top Chef Masters will instantly recognize the participants, but if you want to meet them and exchange recipes, you need to hurry. Tickets are limited, and only a few seats are left. The cost of the event is $200 per person. To book, RSVP to 787-612-0039, or call 787-641-1945.
Bon Appetit, or as we say around here, Buen Provecho!
