Puerto Rico is more familiar to you than you probably realize. Sure, it's a tropical paradise in the Caribbean that offers an exotic vacation away from home. But it's also got some things you'll recognize straight away. Like the U.S. dollar, the local currency; the U.S. stamps and the post office that services the island; and a this remarkably well-known list of native sons and daughters who are international superstars.
